Not long ago I was just like you, but all that is my history now.

Here is my story. 

Few years ago ..my life was in a completely different state.
I wanted so much to become a productive badass and start getting things done every day, but because I felt so overwhelmed, I didn't know where to begin or what to do first.
Even though I had read all sorts of productivity books and blogs, listened to podcasts and learned a lot when it came to implementing what I had learned I’d just get overwhelmed all over again.

What did I want?

I wanted to be able to get things done every day without feeling easily overwhelmed that I had so much to do.
But I struggled with organising my day and organising my time more so, deciding what needs to be done first from my list and so on.


What happened next?

Because I was constantly overwhelmed,
I started procrastinating, failed in meeting deadlines, started creating self distractions and wasting time by doing irrelevant things instead of productive things like being on social media scrolling for nothing, constantly late for work, always rushing the last minute to do things, sleeping late, dreading the morning.


I was unhappy with my personal and work life, and most of all, I was envious-- especially when I saw my productive colleagues and friends getting pay rises, job promotions, and watching their dreams come true.

That's when I decided enough was enough.

Then what?

Something had to be changed, time was flying, yet still I wasn't achieving my dream life! It’s funny how something as simple as being unproductive can delay your success so much!

Little by little,I decided to change my life-- so I dove even more deeply into videos, podcasts, books and blogs about how to improve my productivity to start getting things done, but sadly those things didn't seem to make the magic change I wanted, either 

That was when I realized that too much information can be overwhelming because the information is coming from different people with different experiences, who you might not relate to. 

As far as I could tell, nothing explained where to get started to get things done if you're always easily overwhelmed by the amount of things you have to do. 

I became even frustrated and started missing days of work. I would get warning notices from my boss and that's when I realized that if I couldn't think of what to do I might lose it all, and maybe head to depression.


Then the magic happened,

I took weeks to think this through and solve it, once and for all..
I first went through notes and notes of what I had learned about what could make me productive.
How could that information work for an easily overwhelmed person?

Finally, I managed to create a very simple system I could use to be productive today only, not tomorrow, and if today that system worked, then I would apply the same tomorrow, and so on and so forth..
And it worked!

My system was very simple-- to structure my day to make it productive and one day at a time,
I went from being an unproductive, unmotivated, a queen of procrastination, to a productive badass!
No longer overwhelmed by her ahead there to do list, I was FINALLY a happy, fulfilled woman!

Hi, I'm Frida!
I'm the creator of the Productive Bad*ss Babe programme, and I'm the founder of the Thoughts Above Blog. 
I created this programme because a few years ago, my life was in a completely different state. I wanted to be able to get things done every day without feeling easily overwhelmed by everything I had to do. Because I was constantly overwhelmed, I started procrastinating.
